उपरोक्त आमभेलावाट श्री सुर्ज व. राना ज्यू को अध्यक्षतामा एक (विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन) तदर्थ समिती गठन भई पहिलो वैठकवाट एसै ञिभुवन वस्ति गा.पं वडा नं २ स्थायी वसोवास भएको ञmमस ः हालका प्र.अ. म कृष्ण हरी पण्डित र श्री दिर्घराज घिमिरेलाइ शिक्षक नियुक्त गरी विधिवत कक्षा संचालन भयको जानकारी गराउदछु । गठित समितीले आवश्यक पुर्वधार तयार गरी तत्कालीन जिल्ला पंचायत सभापती (शिक्षा समिती अध्यक्ष) श्री विनोद विष्ट , जिल्ला शिक्षा अधिकारी श्री मुक्तिनाथ चौधरी र राष्ट्रिय पंचायत सदस्य श्री इन्द्र व. खञी (के.सी) लाइ स्थलगत निरिक्षण गरायपश्चात २०४५ साल चैत ७ गतेको शिक्षा समिती वैठकको निर्णय अनुसार यस विद्यालयको कानुनी मान्यता प्राप्त गरी कक्षा अनुमती र १ शिक्षक दरवन्धि प्राप्त संचालन हुदै आज ३७ औ वार्षिक उत्सव मनाइ रहेको जानकारी गराउदछु । स्थापनाकालदेखी विभिन्न वाधा , व्यवधान हरुलाइ चिर्दै जन्मीए पछि हुकर्ने पर्ने प्राकृतीक नियमलाई पालना गर्नु यस विद्यालयको पनि नियतिनै रह्यो । आफ्ना क्रियापलापहरु सुचारु गर्ने ञmममा २०४५ साल १ शिक्षक दरबन्दि सहित कक्षा १ को अनुमती प्राप्त गरेको यस विद्यालयको २०४९ सालमा कक्षा ५ सम्मका अनुमती प्राप्त गरी प्राथामीक विद्यालयको पुर्णता पाएको कुरा अवगत गराउदछु । २० औ वर्षसम्म प्राथामिक तह कक्षा ५ मा सिमीत रहेको यस विद्यालयको २०६९ सालमा कक्षा ६ को अनुमती प्राप्त गरी २०७२ सालमा कक्षा ८ को अनुमती प्राप्त गरी स्तर वृद्धि भइ हालसम्म आधारभुत तह कक्षा ८ संचालनमा रहेको अवगत गराउदछु ।
I would like to inform you that from the aforementioned general assembly, an ad-hoc (School Management) committee was formed under the chairmanship of Mr. Surja B. Rana. From its very first meeting, permanent residents of Tribhuvan Basti Village Panchayat Ward No. 2—myself, the current Principal Krishna Hari Pandit, and Mr. Dirgharaj Ghimire—were appointed as teachers, and classes were officially commenced.
After the formed committee prepared the necessary infrastructure, a field inspection was conducted by the then District Panchayat Chairman (Education Committee Chairman) Mr. Binod Bista, District Education Officer Mr. Muktinath Chaudhary, and National Panchayat Member Mr. Indra B. Khatri (K.C.). Following this, as per the decision of the Education Committee meeting on Chaitra 7, 2045 B.S., the school received legal recognition, permission to run classes, and a quota for one teacher. I am pleased to inform you that the school has been operating ever since and is celebrating its 37th anniversary today.
Overcoming various obstacles and hurdles since its establishment, it has been the destiny of this school to follow the natural law of growth after birth.
In the process of continuing its activities, this school—which initially received permission to run Class 1 with a one-teacher quota in 2045 B.S.—was granted permission to run classes up to Class 5 in 2049 B.S., successfully attaining full primary school status. I would like to make you aware of this.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that this school, which was limited to the primary level (Class 5) for 20 years, received permission to run Class 6 in 2069 B.S. and Class 8 in 2072 B.S. It has been successfully upgraded and is currently operating up to the basic level (Class 8).
